Island Road Runners

Running and walking group established in 1981 and made up of over 100 members. Proud sponsor of the annual Memorial Day Run, Grosse Ile and also Club Host to the Zanglin Downriver Run, Trenton. We meet every Saturday morning year round at 8:30 a.m. at the Grosse Ile Middle School (East River Road, 1 mile south of Grose Ile Parkway) for a 4 to 6 mil run/walk. We also meet at 5:30 pm at Elizabeth Park, Trenton during the summer months, and at the Riverview Public Library in the winter. Both at 5:30 p.m. We always welcome new faces.
