  The 29th annual event is held on the Parade route of the 102nd Blossomtime Parade. There are age groups for kids including 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, & 13-14. There is a special school competition between local grade schools. The course is an out and back course that is closed to traffic and lined with people there to watch the parade which starts at noon. The awards ceremony will be completed in time to watch the parade.
