  The first 250 participants will receive a T-shirt, and all participants will receive a pancake breakfast after the race. Non-participants are also welcome at the breakfast, but will be charged admission. Trophies awarded to 1st Male / Female finisher, and Male / Female Masters winners. Masters division begins at age 50. Medals awarded to top three finishers in each age group. Results will be posted at www.c-a-f-e.net The course is flat, and runs through the City of Clare. There are events planned for the whole day -so bring the family and enjoy a great race in a fun town.
