  We’re looking to setup a race that students can train for over the winter break period. The break is just long enough to provide enough time for anyone to train for a 5k race. So if your looking to keep off the X-mas pounds or just want to get back into running shape we’re giving you something to shoot at. We've designed 2 different workout schedules that people can use to train with. Contact through e-mail with a subject header of "Workout 1" (the walk/run method) or "Workout 2" (starts out 1-2 miles) in order for me to e-mail you the schedules.
