  This is a second year event on a 5K trail/dirt road race beautiful stting in the woods(there is no pavement!) All proceeds are donated to STARS-kids a nonprofit committed to raising awareness and funding for research into hydrocephalus and VP shunt technologies. The race organzizer had to have brain surgery in January 2007 to treat hydrocephalus herself. 100% of registration fees are donated to STARS-kids as the refreshments and event t-shirts are donated.
