This class benefits anyone - from beginning walkers to experienced and advanced walkers, and runners who want to practise correct form while walking. ChiWalking® is an inspirational mind-body, health, and fitness program. Taught by certified instructor Ken Andrews, the focus is on learning how to walk using correct posture, focus, breathing, and other vital aspects in order to relax and walk more efficiently at any speed.
Class runs from 8:00 am - 12 Noon.
